Global comprehensive logistics company Sebang (CEO Jong-il Choi) announced that on September 4 it obtained integrated certification for the international standards Anti-Bribery Management System (ISO 37001) and Compliance Management System (ISO 37301) from the Korea International Certification Institute (KIC), further solidifying its top management principle of “righteousness management.”
Through the adoption and certification of these two systems, Sebang has demonstrated internally and externally that its righteousness management, ethical management, and compliance management systems are aligned with global standards.
Since 2023, Sebang has reorganized its dedicated compliance department and introduced a Fair Trade Compliance Program (CP), continuously striving to strengthen its core value of righteousness management, enhance the level of sustainable management, and proactively respond to the requirements of both internal and external stakeholders.
CEO Jong-il Choi stated, “With this integrated certification of international standards for anti-bribery and compliance management systems, Sebang will not settle for temporary, formal, or promotional purposes, but will continue to pursue and improve toward higher-level, effective management systems.”
Furthermore, Geun-young Kim, Executive Director and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), said, “To assess the internalization level of the CP that has been in operation for more than three years, Sebang plans to apply for the CP Rating Evaluation conducted by the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency in 2026. Through continuous operation and external verification of the Anti-Bribery Management System, Compliance Management System, and CP, we aim to further strengthen Sebang’s logistics service competitiveness and increase the trust of internal and external stakeholders.”
